Heat oven
→ 350°F / 175°C
Line a tray.
Mash + mix
Mash the banana, then mix in:
brown sugar
melted butter
vanilla
Add dry
Stir in:
flour
baking soda
cinnamon
salt
Fold in extras
(chocolate / nuts etc.)
Scoop
Scoop small mounds (they spread a little).
Bake
👉 10–12 minutes
They should look set on the edges, soft in the centre.
Cool 5 minutes
They firm up slightly and get that banana-bread-like crumb.
Add Korean Brown Sugar and torch the top
